This is SO important that I had to
reach out immediately!

Joe Dispenza update 💥

Good afternoon, sunshine! I’m here in bright, sunny, warm Colorado about mid-way through the week-long “retreat” with Dr. Joe Dispenza.

➡️ I put “retreat” in quotes because although the word typically describes a restful, relaxing break from life, this is NOT THAT 😂 Especially with getting to the event event every morning at 6AM (except tomorrow when we will need to be there at 4AM instead) and getting done each night at about 8PM, I can tell you for certain that this is no “retreat” 😂🙏

These are the reasons I chose to come here for this event:

✅ A break in my normal week-to-week life so that I can re-energize and focus
✅ To surrender to a modality, a new way of focusing on and feeling energy, to open up my creativity
✅ To become aware of and transform any blockages to my ability to serve you, awakening further to this charmed life that we are so lucky to live together
✅ Learning more about how we learn and transform, individually and in community
✅ Getting scientific research and perspectives that further shed light on how and why Network Spinal works so well

My mission is achieved because all of these things are happening!

But there is one thing in particular– something that gave me a huge light bulb today and is the reason why I am sitting upstairs in my hotel room writing this message to you right now (instead of chatting more with some of the 1800 other people at this event on our lunch break).

🌟🧠 This very important thing concerns a gland on the back side/underside of your brain called the Pineal Gland🌟🧠

Some of you reading this right now are my specific intended targets for this message because of the specific way that you habitually hold tension in your neck and the back of your head is could literally be choking off energy to your pineal gland.

A couple hours ago I was sitting in the seminar listening to this presentation when this dawned on me.

A literal stream of names, YOUR names, began to flood my awareness.

And I began to feel acutely, in the back of my own head and neck as I sat there in the seminar, EXACTLY what it is that I need us to use your upcoming adjustments with me to find and focus on.

Like all tension patterns in the nervous system that create disconnection, you probably aren’t aware of this now and the problem actually feels normal to you.

Am I talking to/about you?

Well, do I ever direct you to, “Tuck your chin” when you’re on the adjusting table and I’m working with. you??

If you ever remember me directing you this way, then you can definitely know that this message is for you ✨🙏

THIS video, that came out weirdly blurry for some reason, was my attempt last year to shed some light on this problem that I am writing to you about right now.

Even though it’s blurry, watch the posture in my head and neck in some of these examples and I think you’ll
start to get a sense of it ☀️

Through the teachings at this event I have learned and gotten new perspective on the many things Network Spinal does REALLY well.

One of those things is just like I’m showing you in the above video; through the care, we tend to suddenly get awareness of the things we are doing, physically and otherwise, that are contributing to our problems.

There’s a re-sensitization. And, because you’re growing in your connection to your body there is an increased ability to move and breathe intuitively, on and off the table, to address these patterns 💥✨🌀

Something else that I’m seeing though, that we can do better with, is something I’m learning from the way Dr. Joe has structured this event.

There is soooo much lecture and teaching. An amount at least equal to the amount of time spent in group experiences/meditations.

Which is sometimes too much for my tastes, honestly!

(Me: “Can we PLEASE just get going and DO the thing already instead of continuing to learn about it?”) 😂 #arieslife

All of us reading this message have slightly different needs for information and knowledge to better facilitate our experiences and desired outcomes.

What I’m grasping even more firmly than ever through seeing how this event is structured is that when we learn WHY something is important and we can assign meaning to what we are doing, we are much more likely to get the desired outcome 💥

This isn’t a shock.

I mean, this is why I see Intro to Care work SO WELL with you all. After spending a couple of weeks getting care with me and having it sometimes feel “hit or miss,” you then attend Intro to Care and get some new information that reassures you, motivates you, and inspires you 👯‍♀️✨💗

This is also why my weekly message to you helps us with our outcomes (for those of you who read my messages!) You connect with me through what I write, and you reconnect with the big picture around what we are doing and why. And then you are better able to come into an experience with me that week with renewed focus and purpose ☀️

This is why right now, after I have become more fully aware of this problem I am describing about this tension pattern (which I experience at times in my own body, and that I see with SO MANY of you) I have realized that I need to drill down on the why.

And drill down immediately!! No lunch break for me!! 😂

Here are some facts about your pineal gland that might help you focus on our desired outcome with your head, neck, and spine

Do you see the close proximity with the pineal gland and your cervical spine and the back of your skull? Do you see how posture, and especially forward head posture, are going to affect all of this?

Your pineal gland:

🧠 is sensitive to light and helps control sleep/wake cycles in your body
🧠 helps regulate hormones in your body
🧠 has tiny crystals inside that play a role in the magnetic field in and around your body, creating energetic coherence (or lack thereof)
🧠 communicates with your pituitary gland (the “master gland” of your body)
🧠 Is said to play a significant role in our ability to access expansive, mystical experiences

I think that the specific pattern of tension and the amount of habitual tension in the head, neck, and jaw (YES I SAID JAW) that many of you have is likely negatively affecting your pineal gland.

We’ve been able to gain some access to this pattern through your care with me so far, gaining momentary awareness of it and readjustments to it.

But now that i’m reconsidering just how important this area is for your overall health, I am realizing that a pattern interruption is not going far enough. We need transformation 💥💥

Your learning about this with me right now is our Step 1.

Step 2 is that we are going to use your upcoming adjustments to help you gain awareness of and access to this area. It’s not about fixing. It’s about finding, and feeling– awareness, acknowledgement, and acceptance #AAAagain ✨🌀✨

Now that you know roughly where the pineal gland is and why it is so important, Step 2 will be even easier to do while you are on the table.

Since there are many sunshines not reading my weekly messages, you will also be hearing quite a bit about it in the adjusting room over the next couple of weeks (consider it a helpful review!) 😊

There is one more thing I want to tell you related to this tension pattern I’ve described, where tension and resulting misalignments in your neck and the back of your head are potentially restricting your pineal gland.

There are some of you reading this who have been VERY preoccupied with your jaw tension, and (supposed) grinding and clenching (also known as bruxism). 😱😱😱

I’m in the process of developing a potentially controversial opinion about this issue based on what I’m learning here and what I’ve learned and observed over the years in working with clients 😀

Consider this. What if the problem with your teeth, jaw, and gums isn’t primarily due to your clenching?

What if instead, it is being caused by and/or exacerbated by, this tension i’m finding in the back of your head and neck (and most especially your lack of connection to that tension and awareness of your pineal gland?)

The dental profession has done a VERY good job of instilling the fear of God in you around your (supposed?) clenching, selling quite a lot mouth guards in the process (and leaving some of you feeling very flawed and frustrated with yourselves)

We will talk more about this soon, but I sense that a release and reorganization in this tension pattern will allow your jaw and gums to be able to rest easier ☺️

I am so excited to see you when I get back, and more convinced than EVER that what we have found with Network Spinal is not just life changing but world-changing 🌍💗☀️✨
