About New Day

Creating a New Day

Starting in June of 2023, New Day will begin again at its new location in downtown Skokie (a 25 minute drive from the old location on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago).

The new New Day is conveniently located to the North Shore suburbs– Evanston, Lincolnwood, Glenview, Park Ridge, Arlington Heights, etc, as well as to the north side of Chicago. And you can get to New Day from downtown Chicago by taking the expressway to the Touhy Avenue exit on the Edens.

New Day is a home-based practice, taking up most of the first floor in a beautiful old home where I live (with my husband and our cat Jethro). The front door of the home is the door to New Day (but don’t worry, there are signs posted so that you won’t be confused about where to go!)

I look forward to welcoming you into this fresh, new, warm, and home-like space, where I will continue to provide you with my signature Network Spinal care.

More than me and my care, and more than the actual physical space where I will work with you, New Day is truly a community made up of the collective energies of some of the most amazing, talented, innovative, and fun people I’ve ever met, all of whom derive life-changing benefits from Network Spinal care–my clients!

I regularly host educational and experiential workshops and community events to amplify the benefits of the care through building a community that supports health, betterment, energy, and aliveness.

Amongst the most powerful sources of transformation I have ever experienced or seen.

Benefits

The secret of why this care works for so many different people is that we are getting to the root cause of many people’s pain, tension, stress, and misalignments in the spine.

What to Expect

A Network Spinal adjustment is a process of seemingly light adjustments to the upper and lower spine.

Additional Tools

I also work with clients using Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI), BEMER, and Essential Oils.
