A week and a half ago, toward the end of my experience at the Joe Dispenza week-long retreat, I sent you a message about some things I was learning that are going to have a direct impact on you and my work with you at New Day
Hopefully by now you have read that message, and/or got a sense of it at your adjustment with me last week!
Now, it’s time for our next layer.
There is an important interplay that needs to happen between our learning, and learning WHY something is important, and then our having a deeper ability to experience the result.
A never ending feedback loop between 1) your experiencing and 2) intellectual and creative stimulation. 💥🌀☀️🌀
One of my desired outcomes for myself at Joe Dispenza’s event was to experience and learn to gain new perspective on how and why Network Spinal care works.
“But Dr. Katie. You said Joe Dispenza teaches a meditation event. Not a Network Spinal event.” 🤔
In my opinion, it doesn’t matter!
Dr. Joe is using mediation as a path to access the desired outcome. Same with Network Spinal– it’s our path but it’s not our outcome.
My desired outcome is you discovering and transforming your limiting, energy poor, stress-based, and past-based nervous system programming as they occur in your health physically, in your emotions and thoughts, and in your life. And in that process WAKING UP to an energy rich and abundant reality of growth, possibility, and contribution. 🌅💥💗✨🌍
Ok, back to our next layer.
Last week I spoke to you about the pineal gland and how important it is, where it is located in the back of your skull and brain, and the relationship between these areas, the top of the spine, your jaw, your teeth, your face, and your sinuses (which I forgot to mention but are definitely part of all of this!)
If you ever feel like I am constantly asking you to “tuck your chin” while you are on the adjusting table, this is one way for you to know that YOU are one of the sunshines for whom this message is meant 🙋♀️

Alongside this teaching about the pineal glad, Dr. Joe was having us use a specific way of breathing and focusing during some of the meditations that involved a forceful breath and movement of energy from the perineum (“the space down there, between things”), up to the pineal gland 💥🌀💥
During this breath pattern, Dr. Joe encouraged us to move the breath and energy up like we were “sipping from a straw” from the perineum, up through the lower back and rib cage, arching and lifting the heart to gain speed and momentum, and then sending it up forcefully through the cervical spine to the pineal gland and back of the head, extending the neck and head back a bit at the top.
Now, this is a lot of words, so you might not be following. I definitely wasn’t following him when this was first being narrated at the event when we were supposed to be doing it. 😂
But just think about it for a moment.
🌀✨🌀 Breath and energy, moving up the spine from the end of your tailbone
🌀💗✨Breath, energy, and movement continuing up through your heart, expanding and lifting it
🌀🧠💥 Breath, energy, and movement all the way up the spine to the back of your head
Is any of this starting to sound familiar??!
THIS breath, energy, and movement is one of the important outcomes, one of the important results, that I am helping to stimulate in your nervous system through my adjustments 😮
We have a special name these outcomes in Network Spinal care. They are called the 1) Respiratory Wave and the 2) Somato-Psychic wave.
These outcomes in Network Spinal are associated with 1) the suspension of protective, fear based, past based programming in your nervous system as SAFETY is accessed and 2) the suspension of all the mental chatter, habitual thoughts, and energy neurtral stories keeping you stuck as a limited version of you, as the energy that is being freed up allows your heart to become more and more dominant (as opposed to just your brain) in creating the coherence patterns for your body (and life).

As I went through the in-depth learning and experiencing around all of this over the course of the week-long event, I suddenly became aware that for a number of you the energy, breath, and movement of these “waves” is getting STUCK at the top of your spine and back of your head, due to your habitual tension and misalignments that, while not comfortable, feel fairly “normal” to you (you’re desensitized to all of this).
So what’s the solution? Step 1) Education. What we are doing here.
Step 2) Experiencing and sensitization. At your adjustments with me we need to have you finding, feeling, become aware of this area (and any others along the path from the perineum/end of your tailbone to the pineal gland/back of your head that are blocking the flow of breath, energy, and movement and hence our results.
Step 3 is going to be us working with enhancing your responses, experiencing MORE of the Respiratory Wave and the Somato-Psychic Wave and the benefits to your nervous system, body, and life experience 💥💥💥
You might be thinking, “Waves?! What now? Do I have these yet, Dr. Katie?!”
These are great initial thoughts to be having, which will have you go into your adjustments with me this week ready for a new experience ✨
