Shoulder problems?

Meet William, our sunshine of the month 😎
Good afternoon, sushine! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend and are looking forward to the week to come.
Before I get into this message with you, please DON’T FORGET that I will be out of the office, and hence New Day will be closed, NEXT Monday through Friday.
(I’ll be back in time to see you NEXT Saturday April 11th ✨)
It is relatively rare that I am out of the office for an entire week, so I appreciate your understanding 😍
I am also heartened by your excitement about this!
Many of you have expressed that you are happy and excited for me to take a week off, especially since I am doing so to attend the Week Long Retreat with Joe Dispenza 💥💥💥
Now, before I introduce you to our Sunshine of the Month, I will begin by touching on a big topic; “Shoulder problems.”
Whether you’ve had a shoulder injury, a shoulder surgery, or just wake up feeling like your shoulders are suddenly up to your ears and your chest is tight and closed, many of us are especially tuned into our shoulders.
I have written about this before. There are a lot of gems you might want to check for here (at this link) shoulder-sunshines 😍
And you might also take inspiration from this month’s Sunshine of the Month, William!

What first brought you to New Day?
I came to New Day because I’ve been dealing with ongoing shoulder pain from a high‑school sports injury about 20 years ago.
I kept pushing through it and had seen just about every kind of medical professional, except Network Care. I was open to giving it a try because I really wanted to improve my mobility and overall quality of life.
How did you feel before you started care here?
Before I started care here, I was dealing with pain that was always there. It was manageable enough to get through the day, but irritating because it never really let up.
Can you share that specific moment where things started to shift, and what did that feel like?
Surprisingly, I felt a subtle but noticeable shift after my first visit. About a month in, I started seeing real change. My strength, range of motion, and day‑to‑day activities all improved in a way I hadn’t felt since my teenage years.
What advice would you give to someone considering Network care for the first time?
I would tell them to give it a real chance. I felt a subtle shift after my first visit, and within a month the changes were undeniable.
If you’re open to the process, Network Care can unlock improvements in how you move and feel that you may not have experienced in a long time.
