Good afternoon, sunshine! Hope you are all having a wonderful day so far! I write to you with some exciting news…. (drum roll please) I am here to celebrate and congratulate Audrey our Sunshine of the Month! ✨
From the moment Audrey became part of the New Day community, she embraced her healing journey with an open mind and willingness to trust the process. Her story is a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t always happen in the way we expect.

🌟 What first brought you to New Day?
Audrey:
“I came to New Day because I was constantly in a state of low energy and always felt aches and pains. I knew there had to be a better way.”
🌟 How did you feel before you started care here?
Audrey:
” I did not feel my best. I knew I could feel so much better.”
🌟 Can you share a specific moment where things started to shift, and what that felt like?
Audrey:
“I started to notice I wasn’t in pain. My headaches were gone, even though I didn’t come to Dr. Katie for headaches. My ibuprofen was in the back of the cabinet because i hadn’t been needing it!”
“I also found myself laughing and smiling. I had my sense of humor back!”
“There was a time after I had been seeing Dr. Katie for a few weeks that something shifted during a session. My breathing changes, and I could feel my body transition into a state of healing.”
🌟 What has been one of the biggest surprises you’ve experienced through care?
Audrey:
“The biggest surprise was realizing how many things improved that I wasn’t even expecting. I came in because I wasn’t feeling well physically, but I noticed changes in my mood, energy, and overall outlook too.”
🌟 What advice would you give to someone considering Network Spinal care for the first time?
Audrey:
“Have an open mind. Let yourself breathe and relax, and healing will come. There is another way. You don’t have to be in pain.”
