Women’s hormonal health as we age 🍂🌀🌳

Yes, this is especially for our female sunshines, but men might want to know about this too!
Good morning, sunshine! Happy weekend!!!
It’s a busy day for us today, with a full morning of clients and then an Intro to Care and New Client Gathering at 11AM that will be bursting with greatness 👯♀️☀️💗🏡
I wanted to reach out though to give you a “save the date” for a virtual event I am co-hosting with a couple of amazing practitioners with whom I have recently become acquainted ✨
I’ve never offered a “webinar” type event like this before, so I’m excited to try this and use it to bring people to you who you might not otherwise have gotten to meet.
It’s been in the news a lot lately— menopause, perimenopause, and women’s hormones as we age.
And it is so great that this is getting the investigation and exposure that it deserves. Many/most of us were not taught very much about this (and what we were taught was so woefully insufficient as to be inaccurate!)
Everything we are seeing and hearing these days (all of a sudden!) does beg the question of who to listen to and who to trust. I have found two amazing people for this!
Mila, who you may remember as our recent Sunshine of the Month and Networking Happy Hour co-host, is an amazing fitness trainer and health coach. She has the knowledge, experience, and ability to motivate and hold women accountable as we go through our 30s, 40s, and beyond ✨
Kristen Repta is a licensed professional nurse practitioner and owner of Peacock Health Collective. I met her recently at a networking event and was so relieved to meet someone from the medical side of things who we can trust and work with on our health.
Myself, Mila, and Kristen are each going to present our thoughts on this topic at this event, which will be held virtually on Wednesday, March 11th at 6PM.
We will each be speaking from our expertise and in ways the complement the others’ expertise, and from our own personal experiences with hormonal changes as well 💕
Please RSVP and then you will have the instructions for how to join, and then make sure to bring your curiosity and questions.
