Good afternoon, sunshine! I’m coming to you from Denver where I am on the last day of the 5-day Total Donny Experience 💥💥💥
(Donny Epstein, being a mentor and teacher of mine and the creator of Network Spinal care).
This means that I will be back TOMORROW. Tomorrow, Wednesday, the schedule is full already though.
I opened some extra hours on Thursday morning to hopefully help you sunshines who want to be seen but might be having trouble scheduling due to the days I was out of the office.
You can just also respond to this email or text the office number too– if you’re not hip to online scheduling or need some extra help 😊
I’m excited to be coming back to you having had a whole energetic rearrangement and expansion through the work Donny did with me and the whole group 💥💥💥
At the end of my first day here (I missed the actual first day due to flight cancellations, so not THE actual first day but MY first day) Donny approached me.
He approached me, looking straight into my eyes with that piercing stare that goes right into your soul! 💥😳🤩
He said, “You’ve had a really big year, haven’t you?”
I hesitated for a half a second, half-thinking “what does he mean? What does he think happened to me this year? Could he be mixing up my year this year with another recent year?”
But another half-second later I overcame my brief hesitation. I found myself responding with certainty, “Yes. I have.” 🤩💓🌀💥
Donny said, “I see you. You’re not hiding anymore.” 😳💥☀️🏡💓🌍

So often we don’t think of the connection and the impact we have with other people.
Even from afar. Even in some cases years later.
Some of you reading this message, for example. Some of you may not be seeing my for care at New Day, and if you ever did, it was a long time ago.
Even when you think you’re on the sidelines or you are not visible or that I’m not aware of you, I want you to know that your presence is known and I appreciate you 🤩
We’ve made a difference in each other’s lives in some way (even if that impact may be yet to be revealed!) ✨
My purpose in life isn’t how many people I can impact by them coming to see me for care once a week (even though that is also an amazing way to be in each other’s lives!)
It’s how big of a ripple I can help create through my interactions with others.
Those interactions could come in the form of a touch, a look, a word, or a message that has you know and feel your greater value, energetic contribution, and connectedness to the world community 🌀💓🌍
New Day just happens to be a staging area and practice space for generating that outcome and using it to make a difference in our live and the lives of others in our communities! ☀️👯♀️🏡✨💗
