I have been looking for a place to post our more in-depth content, such as Focused Breath video tutorials and the like. Some place that is NOT Facebook or Youtube (which are just soooo noisy, distracting, and energy poor right now).
At the same time, I have also been feeling VERY creative lately and am interested in having a platform where I can create from and explore the interconnections between all my interests and areas of expertise (not just chiropractic!)
