I wish I could see me every week . . . 😂

Good afternoon, sunshine! How’s it going so far?

This has been a bit of a crazy week over here, due firstly to my having been out of town this weekend.

The second issue is that starting this week, and then going through August, we are going to have less of Taylor than usual.

She has a summer gig working at a day camp. I’m feeling the pinch already 😅🙏

Over the weekend I found myself in Red Wing, Minnesota. Which it turns out is super cute and cool!

And amazingly I have a friend from chiropractic school who practices Network Spinal in Red Wing, Minnesota. So I was able to get care on Saturday AND Sunday 💥🙏✨🙌💗

Network Spinal is so special for so many reasons, as we know.

The specialness I feel really tuned into, after seeing my friend this weekend for that much needed care, is how the experience of receiving care and how it changes us allows us to accumulate evidence over time

Through care we get to experience ourselves differently.

  • As changing and changeable concerning our issues and symptoms
  • As more aware or differently aware
  • As peaceful and at choice
  • As energized, brighter, and with more to give to ourselves and others

This is where consistency comes in.

Because having an experience through your nervous system and spine that helps you have any of the above results, if you only have one such experience, it’s not providing you with much evidence 📉

You’ll doubt it. You’ll say it’s not possible, or it was a fluke.

But when you put yourself into a position to have these experiences on a regular basis and the evidence accrues, you can start to trust yourself, other people, and even life itself in a dramatic way 📈

Luckily, I have a many years long history of receiving Network Spinal care, as well as engaging in other modalities and programs, that help support my ability to access Energy Rich experiences.

But even for me, not being able to receive my preferred form of care as regularly as I would like can put a little bit of a cramp in the experiencing. And the other “evidence” (the Energy Poor reality) can appear more real.

Sometimes I might be a little jealous of you. Because I’d like to see me for care every week 😆

The activity I had you all do last week before and after your adjustments was quite illuminating for me. And I hope it was for you too! 💥

I did look at your sheets, but really having you do this activity was mostly for you to have another way to observe yourself 💕

It can be so good sometimes, amidst the consistency of having Network Spinal care in our week to week, to mix it up a little with a new activity.

Thanks for being game for this 💥

Here are some of the results I was delighted to see sunshines having:

Setting yourself up for success: Starting out your adjustment with more awareness than usual (even awareness of your lack of or limited awareness!) helped you become more aware of changes during and after ✨

Anchoring it in: Writing something down, or drawing something, is proven to anchor it into the brain and nervous system better. Now it’s part of you 🌀

Collaborating for the win: The activity helped reinforce the reality that you are an active participant in your care (and in creating your reality just generally) 👯‍♀️

Staying on the court: It was easier for some of you to “stay in the game” knowing you’d be doing an “After” ⛹️‍♀️

It’s all awareness: Through this activity, some of you were able to (re)realize that changes in your awareness are one of the most powerful indicators that your nervous system, and body, are changing 🔎🌈

It was a big opportunity to gather some data and evidence on ourselves, and I look forward to seeing how this focuses us in the weeks and months ahead.

Thank you for, as always, for the energy you bring! I look forward to seeing you for care tonight, tomorrow, Thursday, and Saturday morning 💖
