NO 😃 (bet you didn’t expect me to say that!)
Rules.
Many of us go through life with a lot of rules! Rules for ourselves, and rules for other people 😂
“When you load the dishwasher, the forks and knives must face up, NOT down.”
“If I’m going to do something, I MUST do it all the way. If I can’t, I might as well not even try.”
“If I’m paying for this, it HAS TO do x, y, and z for me, otherwise it’s not worth it.”
“If he really loved me, he would stop leaving his dirty socks all over the place.” (Clearly I’m sharing an example from a friend 😂😂😂)
Part of my evolution of thought around New Day, Network Spinal care, and the work that I do with you, is that I have recently ended up feeling like there needed to be LESS rules around here.
Here’s why.
I began practicing chiropractic way back in 2012, and opened New Day in 2013. Some years passed and some things were changing in the world.
Then, as we all know, during covid the world started changing dramatically! 💥🌍💥
To me, it became abundantly clear to me that rigid formulas for the how, when, and how much you get care at New Day— to the extent that they had ever “worked” in the past– weren’t going to “work” anymore.
You have seemed to need LESS hurdles to receiving the life-changing benefits of this care for your spine and nervous system, not MORE hurdles. Goodbye, old rules! 😊
And then, on top of and going along with all these changes for the last 6 months or so, I have been in an creative “re-imagining” phase for New Day. This practice is changing 💥💥💥
When I was a newer practitioner, back in 2013, I practiced the care that I was taught by and through Donny Epstein TO THE LETTER with my clients, as much as possible.
Therefore, if what you as a client were looking for was the latest and greatest Network Spinal Analysis and SRI work, as channeled through me, then guess what? You were definitely in the right place at New Day!
In addition, there was another filter/construct I was using as well; chiropractic.
In the chiropractic world it practically goes without saying, that you get adjusted once a week (or more!). No matter what. Duh 😂😂😂
When I look back on all this, I definitely don’t make myself wrong because it all made perfect sense at the time, helping people the best way I knew how.
Furthermore, I actually think it’s really important, when you’re a student of a particular form of work and you’re newer that you do things the way that you were taught by mentors who know more than you do, instead of trying to necessarily re-invent the wheel. And so I’m grateful that I took the time to do this 💓☀️✨🌀
That initial process helped me to learn and to grow and to create a super coherent practice with a solid group of very committed and enthusiastic clients, which in turn has helped everyone who has walked through our doors to benefit from this community here 🌍💓☀️
And so as the times changed, gradually over the last 10 years and then very suddenly over the last 2 and a half years, I was changing (and so were you 🤗)
It has been appropriate for me to learn and expand in different ways as your practitioner, so that I can be someone who can really truly be with you and for you.
And so now we come back to the original question. Do you have to come in for care every week???
No. No one “has to” do anything 😊
But, depending on who you are and how my care helps you, you definitely might WANT to.
Therefore, I have set things up to accommodate and encourage you no matter who you are and what your current relationship is with Network Spinal care and New Day.
In loosening up the “rules,” as it were, I have created ways for you to pursue care (and pay for care) that make it easy to come in sporadically, less than once a week, once a week, twice a week or more, and/or however often you feel that I help you most.
I know for me, when I found Network Spinal care back in the mid-2000s, I was like, “THANK GOD.” 🙏🏽😭💃
It’s not that I was never going to need or want any other sort of care, therapy, or modality again. I have always and continue to benefit from MANY helpful practitioners and forms of care.
But Network Spinal has been SUCH an effective form of care for me in helping me overall in my health and my life, that receiving this care every week saved me time, money, pain, frustration, and innumerable other headaches.
And so if you like me currently, someone who wants and needs the structure of once a week care, I have care priced in the most affordable way possible to encourage you to be able to do that logistically and financially 💥💥💥
Thank you for reading this message so far. Even if this is a lot, I hope you can appreciate that I ALWAYS want there to be a reason and a big picture for you with the care I provide for you, and for you to feel connected to that.
What’s the take away here for you? I have 4 potential action items for the next 3 weeks for you, depending on who you are:
Action item 1 💥: If you have NOT been getting any care from me at all, or just not regularly, and you want to be, but you’ve been stuck in some “rules” about when, how, and how often and how much it will cost (or you think I would be making you adhere to old rules!!), let’s let them go 💓
Some care for your spine and nervous system is WAY better than none. Use one of the links in this email and schedule an adjustment.
Action item 2 💥: If you are in care with me and are in Weekly Care club THANK YOU SO MUCH for your commitment and energetic input into this practice. If being in care once a week makes your life better and easier and you’re not doing Weekly Care Club, ask me about joining ☀️🌍💓
Action item 3 💥: Whether or not you are in Weekly Care Club, or in care with more than that or barely at all, I am ushering all long standing clients into a Reassessment and group Follow Up process. I know I’ve been foreshadowing this for a while! It’s coming next week! 💥💥💥
Action item 4 💥: Are you a newer client and wondering if and how any of this applies to you? I am soon to host another free class for all new clients and I will reach out to you separately to invite you 😊
Thank you, for reading and staying connected 💖
I look forward to seeing you at your adjustments today, and Thursday night ☀️
