Nobody ever asks, “What’s your middle-game?”

But maybe they should!
Good morning, sunshine! I hope you are staying warm on this very cold and christmassy day ☀️
I’ve been having SO MUCH FUN with the holiday decorating, music, and cookies around here!
If you’re not a big fan of Christmas music, I’m sorry but you’ll have to hang in there for another week and a half of it in the adjusting room 🎶❤️🎅💚
Network Spinal, and chiropractic more generally, works best when people treat it as a process rather than an event. We all basically know this (but it’s always good to have a reminder!) #notamagicwand #butstillmagical ✨
Still, there are MANY of us who experience a noticeable change after a single adjustment, even our first adjustment for that matter (I sure did back when I first started receiving care 🙋♀️💥✨)

Brandy Bell cookies for one more week!
(Plus don’t forget to follow us on Instagram for more!)
That initial experience of a change after an adjustment can sometimes give us unrealistic expectations.
We might catch ourselves thinking, “If I feel this good now, after just two adjustments, my problems should be all gone by Friday!” 😂🙏😱.
It’s important to remember that when you feel “better” after an adjustment– (when you notice less of feeling something bad, or more of feeling something good, etc) that this actually isn’t the care “working.” 💥
When you feel “better” after an adjustment, that is the care showing us it’s potential to work for you 💥💥💥
For most people living in this world who’ve had ANY kind of history with stress, trauma, and injury, you and your nervous system are going to need some frequent and ongoing doses of care to help turn the momentum around. #theresabackalog
“Most people over-estimate what they can do in a year, but they underestimate what they can do in 2-3 decades” — Tony Robbins
But it’s not just that you need more Network Spinal now to compensate for your lack of it in the past. There’s another clarification I want to make.
Network Spinal doesn’t heal you. I don’t heal you. Medicine doesn’t heal you. NOTHING HEALS YOU EXCEPT FOR YOU using the tools and the practitioners you have at your disposal 💥✨☀️💗🌀🌍
The short-game of Network Spinal is being able to feel that greater sense of ease, connection, awareness, etc after your visit with me, interrupting the old patterns and creating space for the new.
The middle-game of Network Spinal doesn’t get talked about a lot, but it should!
That middle-term experience is when you are able to go beyond the episodic feelings of “better” and “worseness” that you have throughout your weeks and you resolve to move forward with a new sense that YOU are healing you. And that I am here to help you in that project 💥💕💥
Network Spinal does help a lot of people heal in a lot of different ways and to continue to get better over the long term as well (btw THANK YOU review-writers because New Day is up to 146 Google Reviews!!).
But it does take a village. It is frequently the case that clients feel drawn to more and different healing modalities at different points in their care with me.
My care with you isn’t necessarily a replacement for anything else. And nothing else is a replacement for it.
You having a sense that there is something specific you want or need to do in the way of additional healing or lifestyle changes is part of the intended outcomes of the middle and long term of Network Spinal care 🌀🌍💗

Here are some final signs and pointers for your “middle-game” with me:
- You start noticing more and different things about your pain and your body during and between visits 🌳🍎🏊♀️
- You start to pick up on patterns that are bringing about your symptoms
- You notice that your symptoms, and how you feel about your symptoms, are two potentially different things ✨
- You might even forget the reason you first started coming here, because now you’re on a different trajectory ⚡️
- You feel more purposeful and participatory during your visits with me 👯♀️
- You feel less attached to leaving New Day in a specific feeling-state
- You free yourself to feel surprise
- You feel more aware of how you are using Network Spinal care in the context of your life and desire to optimize
Thank you so much for your energy and participation, New Day! I look forward to seeing you today, tonight, and next week💖
Schedule now (CLOSED Christmas week!!)
I’ve got tonight and then one more full week for you before Christmas. There’s even Saturday the 21st (which is filling VERY fast)
Since the holiday falls in the middle of the week, and since I have. not had a full week off in over a year (!) I am closing the office for a week so that I can have some rest and relaxation.
Then I’ll be back the next week (minus New Year’s Eve and New Years Day– also falling in the middle of the week this year!)
If you are a Care Club sunshine and you see me every week for a reduced monthly price, I encourage you to throw in an extra visit on some other week soon to make up for any missed time over the holidays ❤️💚💛
