I’m not sure what it is, but I feel less tuned in than ever to conversations about “goals” for the new year. Maybe it’s something about a couple holidays happening on weekends only a week apart from one another, the crazy weather, oh yeahΒ and then also MOVING π
I woke up today to find my inbox and instagram feed just chock FULL of postings about setting intentions, making goals, choosing a ‘power word,’ and the like. You probably did too.
Since this is January 1, I guess we were all supposed to be on top of this already. But I need a little more time! You know what I mean? π
And so I say, goals SCHMOALS. Let’s just focus on the week ahead. Sound good?Β πβοΈπ
After all, the passage of time for a lot of us is something we experience week by week.
We think about how our last week was. We think about the coming week and what days we might plan to work out. We think about going to the grocery store to get food for the coming week’s meals.
Conveniently, Network Spinal chiropractic care is also, optimally, a weekly endeavor.
Sure, it’s always helpful when we are able to really plan further ahead and prioritize something important.
For example, many of you planned your care with me at New Day ahead through March (and were then included in the raffle for the Aire Ancient Baths experience for two!)
So many, in fact, that it took me over an hour to orchestrate and execute the raffle this morning ππβ¨ (CONGRATS to our winner Cindy B!!)
Whether you are someone who planned ahead for your care, or whether you need to take your scheduling week by week, let’s focus together on finding the motivation, magic, and encouragement as we go along together this week πππβ¨
