Have I helped you?
Please help me make it to 100 Google Reviews 💓
Good morning and happy Monday, New Day lovelies ☀️
Something that’s been on my mind a lot lately is how crazy it is that I’ve been in practice for 10 years.
New Day is almost 10 years old!!
In some ways, of course, it feels like it was just yesterday.
In others. . . HOLY CATS have I had a lot of experiences, learned a ton, and helped hundreds (thousands?!) of people in this past decade of my life that I have been practicing Network Spinal care!!
In that time we have also received 91 5-star reviews on Google 💥🎉🎁
It means the world to me that those 91 people were not only willing to share their positive experience with me, but also with a world of people who could be helped by the care and community New Day has to offer.
10 years ago: building a wall!
It’s all the more impressive when you consider the sad fact that there is an inherent negative bias in review-writing 😲
No matter how great your product or service is; people are normally more motivated to share about a negative experience than a positive one.
Not everyone who has been helped by me has shared that fact on Google. Far from it!
Only a very small percentage of you ever write a review! There are a few reasons for this:
- You haven’t thought to write a review because I haven’t asked you yet.
- I have asked you, but you have forgotten or haven’t had time.
- You are newer in care and thought you should wait until you have a bigger improvement before you write your review (not true!)
- You are “older” in care and feel like in order to truly “do it justice,” you’d have to sit down and work on the review for a long time (also not true!)
Reviews are one of the most necessary and important ways that people find out about me and Network Spinal care 💥☀️💓🌍
Some of you old-timers (ha!) may remember that our office used to use an automated texting service to try to drum up google reviews from our community.
Most of you hated it, as did I, finding it very repetitive and annoying. The text reminders never did stop, even AFTER you already wrote a review 😱
So instead of doing that, I am asking you now.
Have I helped you? If so, and if you haven’t written a Google Review, would you be write one? Pretty please?
You will be helping me and New Day. But most importantly, you will be helping others who’s lives might be changed and improved, if only they knew about and felt comfortable trying out my care.
Plus, what if you ended up posting the 100th review?! 🍀

Thank you for helping me, to help you, to help others! I look forward to seeing you at your adjustments this week 💖
