Good morning, New Day!
As we approach the beginning of what could be another lockdown (we’ll still be open– see below), now is a great time to ask ourselves “is this my happy place”?
If we weren’t doing it already, we must OPTIMIZE, cleaning up and clearing out our bodies, our surroundings, and our lives, taking out what we don’t need and bumping up the volume on what we do need for health and happiness.
As I have said MANY times in the last 8 months, New Day has been a literal god-send for me. I have somewhere to go, every day, that is happy, positive, healthy, fulfilling, and filled with the people, music, and even the smells, that bring energy and spark joy.
And we are so happy that we can be that for so many of you too! We love that our office is an escape and a happy place, and can hopefully be part of you helping create more of such spaces in and around you.
