Growing our Community
Happy 2020, New Day!!!
Good morning, you bright shining stars of New Day!
As I look back over 2019 I am SO GRATEFUL for the opportunity to impact so many people’s lives through Network Spinal, our workshops, our events, every email, every social media post, and every conversation.
I am so grateful for all the amazing people who have come into our lives through our New Day community (including our New Day team with Diane, Diana, me, and now Keysha and Dr. Virginia!.
With the addition of Keysha and Dr. Virginia, we now have the opportunity like never before to grow our community into something even more impactful for ourselves, this community, and all the communities we are each part of.
Step one is creating even more clarity and ease for our practice members in benefitting from Network Spinal and our workshops. Workshops and events have been CRUCIAL to creating and nourishing our New Day community from the beginning. Haven’t been to an event or workshop in a while (or ever?) now is the perfect time to plug in!
And as we move forward in finding ways to serve you better, I am excited to announce that the workshop formerly known as “The SRI Workshop” is coming at you with a new name and new look (and this time, a new face!)
So why the workshop re-brand?
The SRI workshop has for some time been one of THE most helpful things for our practice members. Many have reported that this was and is a game-changer for them.
I’ve always said that the name “SRI” (standing for Somato Respiratory Integration), really just is not helpful in evoking for people the benefits of this work. Donny didn’t do us any favors when he named the technique!
Nor do I think it’s always been clear to practice members that this is an important corollary to their adjustments and part of their care at New Day (NOT the red-headed step child)
Our next Focused Breath (SRI) workshop is Saturday, January 18th at 12:30PM. And the workshop is being hosted for the first time by Dr. Virginia (yay!!) while I attend a Network Spinal seminar in Canada.
We especially encourage you to come to this workshop if you 1) are new to New Day and have never been to the workshop 2) are not new to New Day but ready to benefit even more from this amazing part of your care, or 3) A friend, family member, or guest.
