Good afternoon, New Day!

Renewal season is coming!

The month of July is our annual careplan sale at New Day.  That means that many of you will be choosing to renew your care very soon.

Our prices will be increasing after the sale, so if you plan to renew at your next renewal, you are encouraged to renew at the sale to lock in sale pricing.

But more on that soon.  For now, I want to share a change that we are very excited about making concerning your Reassessments and Follow Ups as you continue in care.

What are Reassessments and Follow Ups?

As you continue your care, these have served as our time to check in on your progress, any updates I might need to hear, and to otherwise make sure that we are on the same page so that you can get the most out of your experience here.

We do our first one at 3 months at the end of an initial careplan, and then at intervals 6 months-12months as you continue in care.

Over the years, we discovered some problems with this way of doing things that have caused road blocks to you getting the most out of your care.  First, the appointments have been hard for folks to schedule, as they need to happen at days and times outside of normal adjusting hours.  And as the office has gotten busier, it has become even more challenging.

Second, it has been hard to have enough time at these appointments to not only go over your findings but to help you energize and focus around continuing your care.

Third, the appointments have felt repetitive or unnecessary to some practice members.

Happily, we have accessed an energy-rich solution!

Beginning now, with this renewal season, and continuing forward, we will be offering a continuing care Group Follow Up workshop.
You will be encouraged to attend this workshop instead of scheduling a separate Follow Up appointment as you have been doing.  This workshop will be tailored to the participants and will cover information and topics to help you get the most out of your continuing care experience.

The workshop is not mandatory.  It is simply an opportunity for your continued improvement and growth, using the energy richness of the group experience to add value to all who participate.  You may choose to renew or not renew whether or not you attend the workshop.

If you choose the Continuing Care Workshop option but worry that now you’ll never be able to talk to me one on one, fear not!

Just like now, we can schedule a phone consult when there are times that you need to speak with me one on one.

And if you would rather have a one on one Follow Up after your Reassessment, or if that is what I recommend for you, we can arrange that as well.  Just talk to our team!

I am excited to engage with you at these workshops, and to experience the magic of New Day community members coming together to support and add value to each other as you continue care 🙂
