Meet this month’s Sunshine of the Month, Colleen☀️👯♀️☀️
I am excited to (finally!) feature Colleen as Sunshine of the Month.
Colleen is a New Day classic! She first came to me several years ago after being referred by her chiropractor who was moving out of the state.
Some of you reading this now will remember several years ago, at the old location on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, when I began making plans to move the office.
I was excited to move to a home office in Skokie, but apprehensive to tell certain clients (like Colleen) who lived or worked very close to the “old” New Day.
With Colleen’s busy schedule owning a business, and living in Northcenter by the old office, I was kind of dreading breaking the news to her 😰
“This isn’t going to go over very well,” I thought.
One day after her adjustment, a little over three years ago, I mentioned the impending move the Skokie.
Her response (in signature deadpan): “You won’t be rid of me that easily” 😂🙏💗
And we’ve been going strong ever since!
Here is what Colleen had to say about her journey in care at New Day.
What first brought you to New Day?
I was referred to Dr Katie by a friend to address sciatic type symptoms.
How did you feel before you started care here?
Extreme discomfort and sluggish.
Can you share that specific moment where things started to shift, and what did that feel like?
I noticed a difference after my first session. I couldn’t pinpoint it, but felt a slight shift in my body.
What advice would you give to someone considering Network care for the first time?
Be open minded and let you body lead.
