Our message in a bottle ✨✨✨
Last week, we tried something new!
Good morning, New Day!
One of the things we’ve noticed, and appreciated, about our post-covid world, is that it has very much freed us up to be imaginative and try new things. In all kinds of ways!
Of course, there have been the new things that have to do with embracing technology and going virtual. Which most of us have experienced as new.
But even beyond that, there has been a palpable sense (for me anyway!) of curiosity and possibility. Even, sometimes, of making the old into something new.
You are probably like me in that you used to take many things for granted about day to day life. Especially, if you have a business, about everything that entails!
For example, it used to be the case for us that mid-October through New Years would be a slower time at New Day, with many practice members travelling or otherwise too busy to prioritize care for their spines and nervous systems.
But this year– we just have no idea if that will be the case! It’s all up for grabs.
While this sense of everything being “up for grabs” can be unsettling at times, it can be really fun for those of us who like to dream up brand new ways of doing things (all of you probably have at least a LITTLE bit of that in you, or you wouldn’t be at a practice called New Day!)
And so last week, our office sent out a postcard to folks in this immediate neighborhood, welcoming them to come and try our care.
Could such an “analog” method as snail mail really be an exciting new way of doing things? We will soon find out! At the very least, the idea has really captured our imaginations 💖
We LOVED the idea of sending getting this out into people’s hands and onto people’s coffee tables. It feels like a message in a bottle!
And, at the very least, we are giving someone a really nice, uplifting image and message that they might even be inspired to keep around just to look at <3 A little piece of our office, with it’s “bright lights” in the adjusting room, now brightening someone’s home 💖
Or, it could be just the encouragement that someone needs to now start giving their body what it needs, in perfect timing!
You may be wondering, “Hey, New Day seems pretty busy already. Can they really see more people than they are already?”
In a word: “Yes”!
Not only would we be thrilled to be helping more people with this life changing care and community (especially when so many need it most), but we would welcome the opportunity for the practice to become full enough that we could further embrace our creativity!
Whether that would mean opening new, expanded hours, hiring someone else, or starting a waiting list so that a new practice member could start with us at the first available opportunity, we avail ourselves to all the possibilities!
Meanwhile, if you know someone who’s ready for a little nudge, through this opportunity, feel free to forward this to them! They can use the QR code right from the screen to schedule a free initial visit with me or Dr. Virginia.
Hurry– this offer expires this Friday! ✨✨✨
