The adjusting room at New Day is a great place to be for feeling good, relaxing, energizing, releasing, being taken care of, and feeling connected ☀️💗👯♀️🌀🌍
Sometimes it’s a good place and time to get questions answered and feedback from me.
And sometimes, it’s not!
The day-to-day experience at New Day is designed to be a flow for our community and for me.
There are sometimes quieter times when you might find that you can talk to me more.
Other times the room is bursting with activity! A real family circus 👶🐈👯♀️🎊
Both experiences are great, and both are meant for you to benefit from them.
If you’ve been following my emails lately, you know that many of our clients here are participating in the Wonderbooks experiment, where they are doing some quick journaling and reflection after every adjustment with me for 12 weeks.
The Wonderbooks also provide a place for you to offer notes, feedback, and questions for me 😊

So I made these quick videos with my responses.
My goal was to be “off-the-cuff” and to discuss your question the way I would in the adjusting room after your care with me. They are unrehearsed and I hope you get something helpful out of them!
Of course, after each video I could think of three or four more things I wish I had also said! 😂
