✨ You have questions about choosing the right pillow
✨ You feel like you’ve wasted money on expensive pillows
✨ You realized your mattress is a big source of your problems
✨ You got a new mattress. . . but it’s not helping you either
✨ And what do I think about tempur pedic?

I always want you to remember, in all things, that YOU are the world’s foremost expert ON YOUR BODY 💥

You are the one who lives in your body all day every day, not me!

At the same time, spending weeks, months, and years in a stress-based, disconnected state in your nervous system and body will interfere with your expertise 💥

Network Spinal care helps put you in a better and better relationship with your body through your nervous system and spine, rebuilding your expertise week by week!

In the meantime, I have amassed some level of helpful expertise over my 13 years of helping people though this form of care 😊 (New Day turns 13 on April 12th!)

I have two blogs that you might like. They are older, but still very good. Check them out below, and then be sure to let me know what your discoveries have been about your needs for the right mattress and pillow 💗🌍☀️

And please don’t forget to schedule ASAP! There is no Saturday this week. And if you’re a daytime person, I will warn you that once again, Wednesday and Thursday are already getting QUITE full. That leaves today and tomorrow 💥

Secrets to choosing the right pillow

Blog by me, April 5th 2021

“So how do you know you might want or need a new pillow?”

The first secret to pillow buying is knowing that you should buy one.  This sounds obvious, but it isn’t necessarily. As I will explain.

If you aren’t getting enough support for your head and neck as you sleep, or if you’re getting TOO MUCH from an over-puffy pillow, that will cause tension in your neck and upper back, which may lead to pain, misalignments in the spine, poor sleep, and headaches.

If you are waking up with any of those experiences on a regular basis, you MIGHT need a new pillow.  MIGHT.  Do not immediately assume it’s the pillow!

Second, if you find that you are constantly trying to readjust, puff, fluff, or re-arrange . . . (CLICK HERE TO READ THE REST OF THIS ENTRY)

What you need to know about your mattress
and your spine

Blog by me, May 23rd 2016

I recently had the opportunity to buy a new mattress for the first time in quite a while. The experience made a big impression on me, and so I couldn’t wait to share it with you!

Sleep, as we know, is so incredibly important for our health as the time when our nervous system directs the body to reset, repair, and restore.

Much like how our computers often need long periods of uninterrupted time to do backups and system updates, so is also the case for our bodies.

Without the proper comfort and support for our spines, this ability of your nervous system to heal the body over night is compromised. If you frequently wake up feeling stiff and achey in the spine and limbs, even with the proper chiropractic care for your spine, chances are you need a new mattress!

My partner and I headed to a local Chicago mattress store to test out some new mattresses. At this particular store, the mattresses were arranged and color coded according to 3 levels, soft, medium, and firm.

As I walked about the store testing out the various mattresses, I noticed something that SHOCKED me! (CLICK HERE TO READ THE REST OF THIS ENTRY!)
