Tomorrow is the day, and this week is the week.
We will be starting our Wonderbooks process, which will then continue for the next 12 weeks 💥
Who is this for?
This is for sunshines who want to be part of a new, innovate process to get MORE out of their care with me.
I specifically created this for sunshines who have been seeing me for 3+ months and are now in 1x/week care.
BUT there are so many others of you who have expressed that you want to be included, that I am opening this to EVERY sunshine who is interested 👯♀️
The main pre-requisite is that you be excited about participating in this experimental process to help you get even more out of what you’re already doing at New Day.
If we have not specifically discussed it, and you want to be included, please message me here so that I can have a book ready for you.
How does it work?
Directly after your weekly adjustment with me (or more often than that if you’re in intensive care– it’s flexible!), you will sit down with your Wonderbook and Progress Log (which will be kept here for the 12 weeks so that you don’t need to keep track of it or remember it).
You will journal in your Wonderbook for 4-5 minutes. That’s it! 💥
You can write about anything you want, anything that you think would help you to anchor in the experience of your adjustment that day.
Or about anything at all! This journaling is FOR YOU and I will not read it.
Also included in the Wonderbook are some pages with some helpful blogs from me, and some pages at the end where you can write questions or feedback for me (I WILL read those!) 😊
Why are we doing this?
For some of you, who are already excited about this, the potential benefits are intuitive to you.
After all, this care is something you’re already committed to doing. So why not do something to have it be even more helpful? (It’s called “Habit Stacking” and Atomic Habits recommends it!)
If you need more on the logic behind this, here are my thoughts.
Research shows that:
- Answering a question or making a note about an experience right after it happens helps anchor the experience into your nervous system ⚡️
- Writing something down, in your own words and handwriting, stimulates neural pathways that lead to retention and a sense of a more tangible benefit 🍎
- Journaling processes lead to increased confidence and ability to make positive meaning out of life experiences, allowing you to observe what’s true for you and WHO YOU ARE BEING in the process ✨
- When it comes to progress, research shows that Network Spinal clients tend to choose more and more healthier habits over time and feel better and better over time— let’s find out if that’s true☀️

Let me emphasize that the encouragement from me is for you to take 4-5 minutes to write in your book.
This is not a lot of time! Especially for what I predict will be an disproportionately huge benefit for you, me, and the New Day community ☀️👯♀️💗🌍🌀
I want you to be able to notice just how little time it takes to make change when we bring the power of our presence ✨
To go even a little deeper, since today we have “lost an hour” and time might already be on your mind, consider that your sense of not having enough time and being in a hurry might be something helpful for you to notice about in yourself.
It’s a symptom of the disconnection from the flow of life that a dysregulated spine and nervous system will cause 😰
