Β

Good evening, sunshine! I’m so happy to be writing to you on this beautiful fall evening πŸŒ…

There’s a transition that happens for many sunshines under my care and that is part of how Network Spinal care is structured.

It’s not a completely smooth or even transition. But if you keep working with me you may start to notice a shift ✨✨✨

Most of us start out in care wanting something bad to go away.

😰 “I need to get rid of this neuropathy in my legs!”

😰 “I need to get rid of this elbow pain!”

😰 “I need to get my sleep under control!”

😰 “I need to keep this problem from coming back!”

We’ve all been there. And no matter how long you’re in care with me there will most likely always be days when you are having this experience of yourself and your reasons for seeing me πŸ₯²

But eventually– sometimes it strikes us all at once or other times it creeps up little by little– the relationship changes.

We find that we can actually be more and more focused on the good feelings, the sense of opening, the expanded awareness, the sense of lightness and focus that we get through care, and how you are an active participant in creating and perpetuating this new reality πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

It’s a shift from life/pain/care “happening to you” to all of it “happening through you” or “happening by you.”

The care itself prepares you for this, and your movements on the table and after your adjustments also help usher this shift in too! πŸ’₯πŸ›πŸ’₯🐈πŸ’₯🌊πŸ’₯

I have two recent messages about movement in Network Spinal careΒ that I have written as I prepare for the Bright Souls Gathering with you in November. Please make sure to check them out

A distinction that I want to make now, and that I will explain more in the workshop, is that there is a difference between “moving away” and “moving toward.” ✨

We know that this is the case in life! AND, as it turns out, this relates to your urges to move on the table and after your adjustments πŸ›πŸŒŠπŸˆπŸ

This has to do with the places, the exact little square millimeters, where I do the adjustments along your spine.

You might already know this, especially if you’re a longtime client or someone who has attended my other workshops and Bright Souls Gatherings, but we have a special concept (and even a special name!) for the places where I do the adjustments ✨✨✨

And as we go along in care, you might start to notice more and more happening at those special little spots where I am touching you! βœ¨πŸŒ€πŸ’₯πŸ’—β˜€οΈ

Intrigued? Ready to learn, discuss, and experience more around this? πŸ€—

Please sign up for the Bright Souls Gathering with me on Saturday, November 9th on “Decoding your movements in Network Spinal care.”

We will discuss and see live demonstrations of each type of movement that you might experience, and we will discuss WHY they are important.

This experience is free, but you need to sign up ASAP.Β This event is expected to fill up, so don’t delay!Β

Hey sunshines! Now to get to what I hinted at above about New Day being full πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈπŸ‘―β€β™€οΈπŸ‘―πŸ‘―

Because of the number of sunshines in this practice right now, and my desire to take care of all of you to the best of my ability, I will be closing the practice to new clients November 1st through the end of the year πŸ›‘

I have gone ahead and left a few spaces on for this week and next week. After that, the next opportunity for potential New Clients to schedule will be after the 1st of the year (those spaces are open for scheduling online now).

Even though I do love working with brand new clients, this is actually a very happy situation for me focusing on the bright sunshines I have right in front of me. I prefer for New Day to be a quality over quantity experience β˜€οΈ

Thank you lighting up this New Day community and having this place be magnetic to so many! β˜€οΈπŸŒ€πŸŒπŸ’—βœ¨
