What should you be doing outside of New Day to further your results?
Good morning, New Day lovelies! I hope you are savoring this magical holiday season. It’s always over so fast!
The question of what you should (and shouldn’t) be doing outside of your appointments with me at New Day is always relevant.
The question is ESPECIALLY relevant now, with Reassessment-palooza going on.
Some of you are new to New Day and Network Spinal care, and you might also be wondering about how to further your results outside of seeing me for your adjustments. I will discuss that soon.
But for you long-time sunshines– whether you just hit your 3 month mark of care with me, or you’re going on 10 years– this round of reassessments I’ve been doing on everyone with the new Insight HRV testing (Heart Rate Variability) and sEMG testing (surface Electro Myography) has had me really thinking. What more can I do to have this care and community CONTINUE to be life-changing for you.
I have thoughts on this, and some ideas already. But I’m going to have a lot MORE ideas once I engage you a bit more with some questionnaires 💥💥💥
I am specially creating new questionnaires for you to uncover areas for further improvement as I attempt to go deeper with you 🌀
Sure, you probably love Network Spinal care and New Day already. Is all this really necessary? If you’re getting this care there is no question that you are way better off than you would have been if you hadn’t.
Plus, when you look around you, you probably notice that you seem to be taking much better care of yourself than others in your life. Isn’t that enough? 😂
Here’s the thing. I don’t ever want to be complacent when it comes to your health and wellness. If I can help you make the jump to greater improvements in the new year, then I want to do that 🙂
If you are one of the Bright Souls who has been receiving care for several months or more, I will be giving you the opportunity to engage with me through these questionnaires. This is going to help direct my focus with you.
It might sound like a lot, but hopefully it will actually be fun and interesting! Like how it’s fun to learn and gain insights about yourself when you’re taking a questionnaire in a magazine 😊
Be on the lookout for more info about this soon! I am hoping to wrap up all the in-office Reassessment-palooza exams (HRV, sEMG, posture analysis, etc) within the next week or so.
Thank you for your continued energy and dedication to your health and wellbeing. You are making a difference in the world. See you at your appointments this week and beyond 💖
