Inspiration for your creativity

Inspiration for your creativity

How do you know Network Spinal care is working?

Good evening, bright souls of New Day! Thank you for joining me here☀️

Recently, I had the opportunity to do something I had not done in a few years.

I’ve been working with a coach who asked me to create a list of my top 10 personal values.

I had done this a couple of times several years ago through Tony Robbins Date with Destiny. Becoming aware of and connecting with my top values really helped to clarify some things so that I could better set priorities in my life.

It is necessary to re-do this process once every year or two as you change and grow, and I was way overdue.

In working on this over the last couple of weeks, and using a long list of values to choose from, my biggest AHA was the realization that my top value is inspiration ✨✨✨

I hadn’t been super aware of how important inspiration is to me. I take it from anywhere and everywhere!

It could come through a song, a passage from a book, or even a hilarious memory from the past 📖🌀😆

Inspiration happens in a moment– we’re not inspired ALL THE TIME. We get it in little nuggets 💎💎💎

And then for me– the way I think about it anyway– we each use our creativity to thread those little nuggets of inspo into our lives as we create anew each day.

(Non)coincidentally, I happened to turn on this podcast the other day. I’m not always a big podcast listener, BUT I drive an hour to Crystal Lake regularly to do a house call and sometimes I remember to turn on some potential inspiration.

I found that I was completely electrified hearing Elizabeth Gilbert, within minutes of the interview beginning, discussing inspiration and creativity and the relationship between the two 💥💥💥

Click here to listen (and grab some inspo for yourself!)

My only familiarity with Elizabeth Gilbert came from the memory of watching the movie (based on her book)  “Eat, Pray, Love” back when I was in chiropractic school.

I recall finding the movie somewhat gaggy 🤮 But I have no idea if I’d have the same reaction to it now.

Luckily this past experience didn’t interfere with my receptivity to her message on the podcast 😂 🌀✨💓

In addition to discussing inspiration and the creative process, Gilbert also speaks here about grief and being authentic with ourselves and others in the grieving process. I know that some of our New Day community members are dealing with this, and if that is you I ESPECIALLY recommend you give this a listen 🙏

With all of this, you might be curious about how exactly all this inspiration. . . about inspiration. . . is helping me?

I feel like I have access to even more clarity on what I want my care to be for you in your health and your life.

It’s meant to be an INSPIRATION 💥💎☀️

It’s meant to give you an experience of and an awareness of yourself and the world that you can then bring with you into your life outside of New Day 💖🌍🌀

I don’t leave the office with you. I’m not going to be there to help remind you to sit with good posture at your desk or to stop and take a deep breath when needed.

I also don’t manage your exercise routines or your diet. Nor should I, in my opinion!

My role is to provide you with care that can be part of what inspires you as you move forward in life. Take inspiration from moments on the table, moments after your adjustment, the music in the office, the little picture or saying under the adjusting table– any of it or all of it! It’s your choice what you do with this inspiration to bring energy to your life 😊

This brings me to the subtitle of this message– “How do you know that Network Spinal care is working?”

There are so many different directions I can go (and want to go!) in discussing that topic.

And there are many directions I HAVE gone already!

A quick search of my old blog posts yielded 3 good ones I suggest you check out if you’re interested: “Try THIS on your next visit”3 Ways to know if your care is working,  “What SHOULD you be feeling during your adjustments?

Feeling generally uninspired? This blog might be your reminder to get yourself back into care with me if you haven’t been seeing me recently and are getting a sense of what you’ve been missing 😊

Not sure you’re feeling the inspiration through your experience of Network Spinal and New Day yet? Talk to me! I can help you to find how you can best use your focus during and after your adjustments to move this process forward 💥

I look forward to helping you find moments of inspiration at your appointments with me this week 💖
