I always hated group work Β πŸ˜‚

 

Hello and thanks for lighting up my afternoon, New DayΒ β›… Thank you for opening!

 

I am super pumped and excited to announce that there is 1 more spot available for the Open your HEART Focused Breath class with me at New Day this Saturday.

 

So if you were considering going onto Jane to register but haven’t yet and were waiting for a sign. . . THIS is it! DO it 😊

 

Secondly, there is still plenty of space for you to join us virtually.

 

Virtual is perfect if any of the following apply:

1. You want to stay in your PJs all day on Saturday 😊

2. The In-Person class was full when you went to register, but you still want to learn and practice powerful Focused Breath techniques

3.You don’t live in the area, and hence this will be the perfect opportunity to engage with me live despite the distance that separates usΒ πŸ’ž

4. You don’t feel comfortable right now being in a room breathing with other people, healthwise or otherwise

5. You hate group experiences and would rather work on your ownΒ πŸ˜‚

 

I am going to address point 5 because I know there are those of you who feel that you hate group experiences.

Maybe you were like me when you were growing up and in college, always sitting in the back 1/3rd of the classroomΒ πŸ˜‚

 

Maybe you felt annoyed when others in the class raised their hands constantly and took everyone’s time πŸ™„

 

Maybe, even though you were very smart, you felt that you needed time and space to process the material, and didn’t like the thought of being put on the spot.

 

As you can probably gather from my writing of this, I do understand! πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚πŸ™

 

Ultimately, though, the most thorough and impactful healing you can experience will be in community, with all aspects of yourself and with everything (and everyone else!) happening around you.

 

This is why “Community” is Stage 12 in Donny Epstein’s The 12 Stages of Healing πŸ’—βœ¨πŸŒ

 

This is why I choose to adjust you in a room with other practice members, rather than on your own separately.

There will still be some group interaction on the Virtual class on Saturday. There has to be for you to get the most possible out of the workshop.

 

But also, yes you will get to have more time and space to yourself, which might be just what you would like!

 

So you see, you have NO EXCUSE not to participate in Saturday’s class! 😁
