FINALLY I’m back!

FINALLY Im back!

Open your heart to what you truly want in 2023

Happy Thursday, New Day!

I gotta tell you that it feel SO GOOD to be BACK.

Back to what?

1. Back able to focus again after that stressful move I did at the end of December 🌀🏠🌈

2. Back working out daily 💪 (or at least NEAR daily)

3. Back seeing the sun again ☀️ (a few times at least)

4. Back hosting IN-PERSON Breathwork experiences at New Day  🌀☀️💓🌍💥

If this is news to you about the upcoming Focused Breath workshop and you don’t know what Im talking about, that might be because I flapped my yap for about 3 pages in my last message to you before I even brought it up 😂

(The shoulder pain/arm pain/wrist and hand pain tie-in was too important not to discuss, and once I started I couldn’t stop!)

Anyway, those of you who are newer to New Day might not know that live, in-person events, experiences, and workshops were always a big part of the New Day life pre-covid.

Happily, we’ve been back to in-person Business Networking Happy Hours and Intro to Care gatherings for a while now. But the Focused Breath workshop remained a casualty of covid.

A confluence of factors have helped bring the experience back, and I am SO happy about it 💃

Honestly, and I kind of hate to say it, but I‘ve sometimes felt a bit underutilized over the past few years.

Me and Diana Z last year at our 9 year anniversary party

I‘ve felt underutilized in my talents creatively, and as a healer 🤐

The main activity of this business, as it were, is the week to week of the Network Spinal Care. That’s always been the case and will continue to be the case.

But without other ways for you to plug in and go deeper, and for me to be able to get that extra time and focus with those of you who want and need that, I‘ve sometimes felt a sense of stasis.

I have 10+ years of experience in studying and practicing Donny Epstein’s Somato Respiratory Integration, working one on one with some of you with this work, and facilitating group experiences with this work. It’s a huge part of my skillset and provides a major structure for my intuition in working with you.

One of the reasons the weekly Network Spinal Care works so well for many of you is that you have been able to go deeper with me at different points along the way. The healing we do in a small group feeds into the experience that you go on to have on the table at your adjustments.

Recently I was able to tune in to all of this, while noticing (in the form of shoulder and arm pain for some of you!) the need we all have to go into our hearts right now 💗

My creativity was sparked, and I created the Open your HEART to What you Truly Want Focused Breath class 💥💥 💥

Please note that the in-person experience is limited to 8 people, so that everyone can feel safe and comfortable having the space to breathe ✨✨✨

Also, please note that you can do this class with my virtually, via zoom, instead of in-person if that’s what you prefer #pajamaparishioners 😊

This is one of the many reasons why I am so grateful for the past 3 years; we all know how to use zoom really well now 💃

Open your HEART is NEXT Saturday, January 21st from noon-2PM.

Please sign up asap, as I expect the in-person to fill up soon!

At the class, I will lead you through a powerful group healing process that will leave you open, refreshed, and rejuvenated, and with many nuggets to use in your life outside New Day, as well as during your upcoming adjustments with me ☀️

For those signed up for the in-person experience, there will be more individual attention from me 💖

For those signed up for the virtual experience, there will be group interaction and space for questions and feedback as we go along 💖

Thank you so much for the energy you bring, New day, and I look forward to seeing you for your care tonight and to Open your HEART next week.
