In addition, I have spent some time getting our new program set up for scheduling, reminders, and payments

This week, if you normally pay us per visit, or you owe a payment, we would like to run your charge in our new system, which means we will need your payment method again (we can’t take stored payment info from the old system and move it to the new, for your protection).
This week, you will also have the opportunity to take advantage of new pricing options, and to renew your yearly careplan if you are currently on one.
If you like to pay per visit, you are welcome to keep doing that.
