“So, how many visits do I have left?”
Structuring your care post-covid
Good evening, sunshines 🙂
Many of you have been asking lately about your careplans as we come up on our traditional renewal season.
For those who are new to our New Day community, you may not know about this yet– and that’s ok! If you’re interested, read on 🙂
Most of our practice members have been with us for months and years beyond the first three months of being a new practice member. That we have so many long-time community members who are so dedicated to their care is something very special to us.
Traditionally, all our practice members who are in this ongoing care process– who participate in care weekly through Year of Energy and Aliveness, or through a 25 visit package– have had the opportunity to renew their care for a discount in the month of July.
This yearly “sale” has helped many these practice members who contribute the most energy and aliveness to our practice and the culture therein, by rewarding them with a discount for planning ahead for their care.
And, the careplan sale has helped our New Day by keeping things efficient for the practice.
YEA practice members, starting last year, were asked to participate in a group follow up (not required, but encouraged!) as they continue their care. This became a way to focus time and energy and create an experience where similarly energized practice members could add value to each other.
This year, as you might imagine, things are a little off!! 🙃
First of all, some of you missed months of your care due to covid and requested extensions. But others continued care during covid and/or continued payments and are making up their missed visits now, and needing to renew now.
All of this has posed quite a conundrum for how to structure the care for some of New Day’s best and brightest as we move forward!
If you normally renew in July, or would like to change your annual renewal to July so that you can participate in our annual sale, we understand that you may have questions right about now!
We don’t have it all figured out yet. BUT here are some bullet points for you to consider until we do.
- We WILL offer sale pricing this year on July renewals for YEA and 25 visit packages ☀️
- Practice members can choose to renew now through the end of the month for the same prices as last year
- If you missed care due to covid, you can still participate! Talk to us.
- Practice members continuing YEA will have a Reassessment and be encouraged to participate in a group follow up via Zoom.
- The Zoom group follow up is not required, but encouraged as a way to refocus and keep up your momentum 🙂
- Because of the continued possibility for care disruptions in the post-covid world (let’s be real), care will be structured slightly differently to better handle that potential scenario
This might sound weird, but I am actually happy for the opportunity to evolve our processes and yours through the reorganization we are currently experiencing.
We now have the opportunity to ask ourselves what this care and community means to us now, in our lives, and to choose it powerfully.
There are ways in which all of us, in some way or another in life, had been running on autopilot before covid.
Now, with our lives being rearranged and restructured, we have the chance to reprioritize and cut out any activities and processes that are redundant, distracting, or are not focused on contributing to the overall outcomes we wish to create.
I know for myself and the New Day team, it is the opportunity to see the highest possibility for the care we provide and the community we help create, and to remove unnecessary distractions.
We seek to create an experience that is energy rich for you and us, promotes ease and freedom, and recognizes the need that our community fulfills in our lives and in the larger Chicagoland community as a whole.
In a world of uncertainty, stress, and outside-in, victim-based experiencing, we provide not just a care, but a culture that stands for possibility, empowerment, growth, lightness, and fun 🙂
Expect an email with more details later this week! In the meantime, if you already know that you wish to renew now, please talk to us as your next visit, at your scheduled yearly reassessment, or by emailing us here.
