Last week I shared with you about our upcoming Bright Souls Gathering, exploring the how and the why of how I choose where and how to adjust you.
Because we’ve all had experiences on the adjusting table of, “What the hell is she doing now?!” (right??:))
There’s more than that though.
When Donny Epstein was creating Network Chiropractic, which then became Network Spinal Analysis or NSA, which then became Network Spinal, he knew that there were many dimensions to creating an adjustment that fulfills on the promise of chiropractic.
In order to create that adjustment, there is a perfect place, a perfect timing, a perfect intention, and a perfect amount of force.
Otherwise, our nervous systems don’t recognize, accept, integrate, and make change with those adjustments.
This is why, as many of you probably wonder, you yourself can’t just lightly tap your finger on the back of your neck and get the same result as when you are on the adjusting table (although once in a while, you might luck out with that!)
