Why I came to New Day:
A serious auto accident on top of multiple other traumas and injuries had left my body most discombobulated and pain ridden. I’ve been to at least 30 different body workers and healers over the years trying to put it all back together, but in the end, Network Chiropractic and Dr. Katie has been the steady treatment that has left me feeling whole and happy in my body most of the time. I had been to other network providers, but Dr. K is the one that really helped get me there. She works at a very integrative and deep level that has helped get me through many blocks.
My chiropractic results:
The care has helped my body, mind, and feelings to heal and also clears the spine static to help me feel more alive and happy. It helps resolve trauma by showing stuck parts of the body how to be open and full of life again. When my daughter, Amelia, was 3 months old, one NSA treatment dramatically changed her into a much more bright happy baby by resolving some birth trauma. She continues to see Dr. Katie and I love seeing how joyful she is after the sessions. I’ve been much more dense and slow than Amelia, but the results are the same in the end.
Why I continue my care with Dr. Katie:
I consider the care part of regular maintenance for the inside of my body just like exercising, bathing and brushing my teeth is for the outside. In my work as a counselor, it helps me to be regulated and clear in working with peoples feelings, so at the end of the day I don’t leave with other people’s “baggage” – just my own. But the simple reason that I continue network care is that it feels good, so I do it!
