Do you know Kelli?
If you recognize that friendly face, it’s probably because you’ve come to New Day for care within the last 6 months.
Kelli came to us as a practice member in the summer of 2015. She had recently hurt her back, and was therefore “in the market” for some physical healing. She was also experiencing a some other concerns in life, causing her to wonder if she was on the right path. We knew that New Day would be the perfect place for her to nurture her spine and move forward where she felt stuck in life.
Only a couple weeks later Kelli became our newest office assistant, after a brisk two days of training (by the beloved Robert). She quickly became that fun, friendly, welcoming presence that is part of your experience at New Day.
This is especially the case now that we have a separate front reception area where people have been able to get to know her better. Kelli has also been especially excited to take part in the recent changes in the office set-up.
Whether she is welcoming you to the office, answering a phone call, sending an email, scheduling your visit, or supporting you after your session, Kelli has put a special stamp on everything she touches at New Day.
It is with some sadness that we report that Kelli will be leaving as our regular office assistant. Through the recent months of Kelli’s healing process, she has rediscovered the importance of her other work stage managing in the theater. In order that Kelli can be free to stage manage in the Chicago theater scene, and so that we can have a more regular employee, Amber will be fully taking over for Kelli.
Amber is awesome (you will get more information on her later!)
You may still see Kelli at New Day when she is receiving her care, or perhaps subbing for Amber. Before she leaves, make sure to tell her how much you love and appreciate her, and wish her the best in her endeavors!
THANK YOU so much for your help Kelli!!
