Let me give you an example. Let’s say you’ve been eating a protein bar for breakfast every morning for as long as you can remember. You feel that the ingredients are exactly what you need for a balanced breakfast, the number of calories are perfect, it only costs a dollar or two, and you don’t feel you have enough time in the morning to prepare anything different. Nothing else works in this equation. One morning you’re at a friends house and she makes you an omelette with organic eggs, fresh spinach and tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and all kinds of tasty ingredients you love, and it’s delicious and you go on to have the most enjoyable and productive day you’ve had in months where you feel great and have tons of energy. In the previous equation making that kind of breakfast for yourself didn’t make sense.
But now that you’ve experienced how it benefits you, are you really going to be content to go back to the protein bar, now that you know what you’re NOT experiencing by doing so? You just raised your baseline!
There are all kinds of examples of this phenomenon in life. The same goes for relationships. You’re going through your life, you have been getting into the same kinds of relationships over and over. Then one day you meet someone and you say, “Wow, I didn’t know it could be like this!”
Do you see how whether or not you have the money is not really a decision you’re equipped to make until you have actually tried the new breakfast and experienced the new baseline it brought you to? That’s how it is with this care.
If you even have an inkling that chiropractic wellness care might be a help to you in your life, you really owe it to yourself to find a way to try it out so that you can make a decision based on how the care addresses your health concerns and quality of life. My goal is to bring you to a new baseline, where what you have previously experienced will no longer be acceptable. And rather than going after each area in your life—the breakfast, the relationship, the job, etc, we set up that new baseline IN YOUR BODY. That sets you up for making positive shifts in all areas of your life.
