This page is to encourage you to schedule a New Client Appointment with me at New Day. Experiencing this appointment is the BEST way for us to get to know each other, find out if Network Spinal care is right for you, and if you would like to work with me.
At the New Client Appointment I will sit down with you and discuss your needs, what outcomes you may be looking for, and anything relevant from your history in terms of injuries or stressors that may have affected the functioning of your spine and nervous system.
After that, I’ll do an exam with you, using several indicators to assess the state of your spine and nervous system. These assessments help me decide if my care can help you, and they serve as a baseline to check against in terms of future improvements. If your spine and nervous system are causing or contributing to your issue, or are just interfering with you being at your very best, this is definitely the care for you.
At the end of the New Client Appointment I will do an adjustment with you. So yes, you do get to experience my care on the first visit! After your adjustment with me, we will discuss setting up a follow-up appointment, either in-person or on Zoom to discuss it further. Then you can decide if you would like to pursue care with me on a regular basis.
The New Client Appointment is about 75 minutes long and the follow up visit is shorter than that. The appointments that you’ll do later on when you’re receiving my care on a regular basis are about 20 minutes long and are designed to be easy to work into your busy life.
If you are considering scheduling a New Client Appointment but right now you are unsure if you would choose to continue care with me afterward, that’s ok! I would never want that concern to be a hurdle in us meeting each other and you learning about something that could be just what you or someone you know is desperately wanting or needing.

After you schedule, you will be directed to fill out an online intake form. Please do this and take your time with this, as it really helps me to have all the information about you beforehand. That way when you come in for your appointment we can get started right away!
