If so, then why are we sitting and walking around like they weigh a ton? 😂 If you are wearing them unconsciously and with a disconnected spine and nervous system, compressing and holding your body and spine tightly (as with clothes that are too small, too big, or off the shoulder), and only looking in one direction without ever tilting your head all the way forward or back (glasses, hats, headbands), that is going to cause pain, discomfort, and damage ✨ Do any of these remind you of you? Holding your head, neck, and body stiff and hunched?
